SET-TOP BOX User guideline
1. Don’t install the third party software .
It’ll cause system halted and cant starting up . Because the bootloader of BOX is the latest edition.
And the crack belong to ours.
These are differ from DM500. If the error’s caused by client, it must be delivery back to China to repair.
All these need spend  shipping fee and tax cost of China ,so it is very expensive

2. Turn off BOX with AC off, please wait for 3~5 minutes to restart it . The causes of static electricity.

3. We had installed the latest edition software in BOX, hardware is also the best.
And it had tested about 48 hours continuously by ourselves before delivery .
